Injection molding of thermoplastic materials
For more than 40 years we are processing thermoplastic materials. Many years of experience allow us to produce high performance technical parts and consumer goods.
We have injection molding machines with a capacity of 6 to 3500 grams and tool clamping forces of 500 to 8000 kN. Our equipment enables the production of the most complicated parts with or without metal inserts and with specific customer requirements.
Materials we use
We process all known thermoplastic materials: LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, ABS, PA6, 66,11 12, PMMA, POM, PC, PVC, CA, PPO, PPS…, as well as other materials: thermoplastic polyesters, thermoplastic polyurethanes, blend polymers (PC/ABS, PBTF/PC…) and others.
Parts and elements obtained from the mentioned materials are light, non-corrosive, dimensionally stable, soft and elastic or with properties similar to metals but cheaper, temperature resistant up to 240°C, resistant to chemicals and atmospheric conditions, self-extinguishing, transparent or colored with high surface gloss.
The production of such special parts-elements-assemblies makes it possible for them to be used in all branches of industry: automotive industry, electrical industry, consumer goods and others.
From technical drawing to the final product
We also provide complete services in the field of tool construction, consulting etc.
Laboratory equipment and high technical knowledge enable us a high level of control from the input of materials throught entire process up to the final product. At the customer’s request, we provide the necessary documentation, material certificate and quality guarantee.
